Role Requirements ✅
Must-Haves:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing mid-market accounts and hitting growth targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products (payments, treasury, FX, payroll, benefits).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze client performance, design dashboards, and extract insights.
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup in Latam or other emerging markets.
- Exposure to financial compliance requirements (KYC, AML, SOX).
- Network of decision-makers in fintech, HR, or CFO-level functions.
